Savannah Joy Winnie WalshNBC sends anchor woman, Elizabeth Adams, to Savannah to investigate a rumor that a Revolutionary War artifact had been found.  Upon arrival in her home town, she tries to reconcile with her father, Benjamin Adams, whom she hasn’t seen in 20 years.

He, being in the antique business, had heard of no such rumor, and because of her contentious departure after her mother’s death, does not offer her assistance.

Reunions between rival cousin, Marion, and a former sweetheart, help mend fences.

An unscrupulous antique dealer is in possession of the artifact, and flashbacks to Revolutionary time, reveal how the artifact landed in Savannah.
